Digital Remedy ranks #1 on Crains Best Place to Work in NYC list for 2024

Digital Remedy has ranked #1 on the Crain’s New York Business Best Places to Work in NYC list for 2024. While this marks the company’s 12th consecutive year of recognition, it is the first time it has earned the top spot among all recognized companies (across a wide array of industries and company sizes). This incredible honor is a testament to our dedication to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and supportive workplace that prioritizes employee well-being.

The 2024 Best Places to Work list highlights the top 70 organizations across the city that have excelled at adapting to rapid change and prioritized creating exceptional employee experiences.

In partnership with Workforce Research Group, Crain’s surveyed employees and their employers on the working conditions, benefits and corporate culture that make a company a great place to work. Winners were determined by the results of Workforce Research Group’s weighted surveys. To be considered for participation, companies had to:

  • Have at least 25 full- or part-time permanent employees working in New York City (Includes the following boroughs: Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens)
  • Have a physical operation in New York City (Includes the following boroughs: Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens)
  • Are a publicly or privately held organization
  • Are a for-profit, not-for-profit, or a government organization
  • Have been in business for at least one year, at the program registration deadline

Determining the Best Places to Work in NYC involved a two-step process. The first involved evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second involved conducting employee surveys to assess their experiences and attitudes. This part was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Workforce Research Group managed the survey process and analyzed the data, using its expertise to determine the final ranking.

We are proud to have built a thriving company culture that has attracted top-tier talent. Congratulations to fellow winners that have attained this prestigious status.
