This week, Lucky Forks’ Give Me Five is partnering with Knock Knock Give a Sock to host a Holiday Carnival for kids currently living in homeless shelters, aiming to bring together two communities in order to spread holiday cheer.
Knock Knock, Give a Sock collects the most needed, but least donated, article of clothing for those experiencing homelessness; socks. 9 out of every 10 people who have donated clothing have never donated a pair of socks. In addition to collecting socks for those in need, KKGS is dedicated to bringing communities together to not only hand out socks but also to connect with one another and share a meal side-by-side.
Digital Remedy is taking the pledge to support more purpose-driven social initiatives that give back to the community and prioritize social good. On Sunday, December 15th, we will join Give Me 5 to take over a carnival booth at Knock Knock Give a Sock’s Children’s Holiday Carnival and bring a winter wonderland to children and their families. We are thrilled to be participating alongside the Lucky Forks team and are eager to extend our social impact initiative as we head into the holiday season. Be sure to follow us on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to follow along with the fun this weekend.
