This week, Digital Remedy celebrates its 20th Anniversary. I want to thank each and every person who helped us secure our position in the ad tech space—without our people and partners like you, Digital Remedy would not be the industry leader we are today.
As we look ahead to the next 20 years, we recognize that we must continue to swerve with the industry in order to stay ahead of the inevitable changes still to come. With 2020 now in full swing, Digital Remedy is already working hard to stay on top of our game. From shifting data privacy regulations and an upcoming historic presidential election to the continued climb of OTT popularity, we are prepared to give our partners the support, insight, and tactics needed to succeed in the digital landscape.
With the new year also comes new goals for Digital Remedy, and we have a lot in store for the year ahead. First, we will continue our progress on corporate social responsibility, starting with integrating sustainable practices into everyday operations in an effort to foster a healthy, happy community. Already this year, we’ve kicked off a new, company-wide recycling and green initiative—our team is excited to continue this momentum and find new ways to bring Digital Remedy into the new, greener world.
Above all else, our aim this year—and every year—is to continue providing the market with the best products and services the industry has to offer to help achieve and exceed any digital goal. Thank you to our partners, clients, and team members for an amazing two decades.
We can’t wait to see what’s next. Cheers to the next 20 years,
Mike Seiman
Founder, CEO
Digital Remedy is kicking off 2020 by landing at #18 on AdAge’s list of “Best Places to Work.”
This year, AdAge identified 50 companies that have fostered engaging environments for their employees to work and grow in meaningful ways. In partnership with Latitude Research, AdAge’s scoring system focused on six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, company environment, employee perks, employee development, and employee engagement. Combining employer questionnaires with anonymous employee input, AdAge created numerical scores that factored in those satisfaction areas in order to determine the rankings of the top organizations.
2020 serves as a huge milestone for Digital Remedy, as it marks our 20th year in business. Throughout the two decades that we have been navigating the ever-changing digital space, one thing has remained constant: the amazing people that make up our team. Through benefits, perks, and programming that support, encourage, and empower our employees, we are proud to have built an environment that fosters their uncommon ability to achieve.
Digital Remedy has long recognized that the work that we do often leads to team members spending more time in the office than we do at home. That fact has been a guiding force behind creating a community that allows our employees to feel empowered, inspired, respected, and cared for by the organization, both in and outside of our office walls. Digital Remedy prides itself not only on creating a fun culture that our employees enjoy being a part of, but cultivating a supportive and purposeful environment that develops our team members both personally and professionally.
Big thanks to the AdAge team for their recognition, and congratulations to the additional companies who have been included on the list!Interested in joining our award-winning team? Check out our open positions, and follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter for more updates.
