We’re proud to announce that Ben Brenner has been selected as a 2022 Cynopsis Rising Star Honoree! The Rising Star Awards honor stand-out performers, innovators, and emerging leaders—35 years old or younger—who have the passion, talent, and creativity to take the media industry to new heights. We’d say Ben has done just that!
Joining the company as Senior Manager of Partnerships and Development in 2018, Ben managed and evolved multiple accounts by strategizing how best to ensure client success. He was intimately involved in the early stages of planning and campaign setup, crafted optimization recommendations, new product innovations, and custom solutions based on unique client goals. Most notably, Ben served an integral role in the creation, development, and launch of Flip, our award-winning OTT/CTV attribution platform.
During his tenure, he’s also significantly evolved his responsibilities, earning a promotion to Director Of Business Development in 2019, VP of Business Development and Strategy in 2020, and, his latest move, VP, Head of Solutions Engineering. In his new role, Ben leverages his technical acumen and to diagnose client needs and build recommendations and serves as a liaison between the sales, client services, product, & tech teams. He is also creating a feedback loop for the product and tech team to inform and help recommend roadmap needs based on revenue opportunities.
Ben consistently goes above and beyond in his role at Digital Remedy, serving as an educator, mentor, and leader. He provides internal and external support to grow our business. He’s authored numerous bylines and articles to help increase awareness of our products and solutions. He’s led in-house training and platform demos and presented at industry events and webinars. Ben transforms complex methodologies and processes into valuable, digestible lessons for all levels.

We are proud to announce that Jessica Cortapasso has been named a 2022 Top Women in Media Honoree in the “Industry Leaders” category! The Top Women in Media Awards recognize, celebrate,and bring together the women who are innovators and risk-takers—making an impact in the greater digital media and advertising technology community. We’d say Jess is doing just that!
With more than fifteen years of experience in human capital management, Jess serves as SVP of People at Digital Remedy. After graduating from Muhlenberg College, she quickly recognized her passion for people and entered the workforce in Human Resources, where she gained expertise in employee relations, designing strategic benefit plans, and the development, implementation, and curation of corporate engagement initiatives for big-name brands and small companies alike. Becoming a member of the Digital Remedy family in 2013, while simultaneously acquiring her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, Jess has steered company culture through significant events ranging from acquisitions and a rebranding to the development and application of our Core Values that shape our daily business practices.
Jess has continuously (and flawlessly) led Digital Remedy, always making sure our employees felt safe and heard in unpredictable times—specifically throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She helped seamlessly shift our employees to 100% remote work by implementing new and innovative initiatives to continue to foster our amazing culture in an ever-changing world. Jess is a true role model, both professionally and personally, and is always willing to lend a hand and greet you with a smile.
